Abusive?

I Had to sign an agreement that said if I harass or assault a staff member of the home health agency that I'm in, my services can be terminated. IT was reported that I supposedly hit a home health aid which I DO NOT remember. I think I'd remember hitting someone. MAN. I met with my case manager today and she said that I probably get frustrated because I'm doing so much.
